
How to prepare Boondi Raita ?
Ingredients:
- Boondhi – 1/2 cup
- Yogurt – 2 cups (beaten/ whisked)
- Salt – 1/2 tsp
- Sugar(make sure there is no bone char in it) – 1 tsp
- Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
- Fresh coriander leaves- 1 tbsp
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt/curd, add salt, sugar, chat masala, and fresh chopped coriander leaves and mix well
- Add the boondhi to the yogurt just before serving this keeps the boondhi crunchy and not soggy
- Serve to Krishna with any rice item and enjoy His Prasadam
