How to prepare Boondi Raita ?

Ingredients:

  • Boondhi – 1/2 cup
  • Yogurt – 2 cups (beaten/ whisked)
  • Salt – 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar(make sure there is no bone char in it) – 1 tsp
  • Chat masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Fresh coriander leaves- 1 tbsp

Procedure:

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt/curd, add salt, sugar, chat masala, and fresh chopped coriander leaves and mix well
  • Add the boondhi to the yogurt just before serving this keeps the boondhi crunchy and not soggy
  • Serve to Krishna with any rice item and enjoy His Prasadam
